Return Policy
At DeAngelis Jewelers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for a refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
Returning Your Purchase
You can return your product to us in-store or by mail at your own expense.
We recommend sending merchandise by registered post and purchasing insurance for the full value of the item. If insurance is not purchased, you are liable for any loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for returns without tracking or delivery confirmation.
Please pack all items securely in their original outer box or another sturdy shipping container to ensure safe arrival.

Return Conditions
All claims and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition to be accepted for return. A restocking fee may apply. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
DeAngelis Jewelers is not responsible for items left over 60 days.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for eligible items. Customers may request in-store credit in place of a refund. Gift recipients will receive nonrefundable in-store credit equal to the value of the item. Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges
If your item is defective, you may exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be available. In these cases, you may opt for in-store credit equal to your original purchase amount.
Custom jewelry, personalized pieces, and gemstones (including diamonds) are not covered under this policy and are sold as-is.
Gift Returns
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchange or in-store credit only. Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for exchange.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and cannot be modified once placed. If you wish to return an order, please follow our return policy within 30 days of receipt. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Custom and Special Order Items
Due to their personalized nature, custom and special order items are not eligible for return or refund. Any product built or altered at your request—including ring resizing or diamond upgrades—falls under this category.
